The business

VB Fitness is a premier gym and studio in Essex, expert-led classes, personal training and a genuinely strong community. The in-person experience was excellent. The website? It was a digital flyer that hadn't kept up.

The challenge

Members wanted to book classes from their phone at 9pm, but the old site couldn't take a booking, so they DM'd, called, or simply didn't bother.
